Today I saw a show in Bath. This chap makes very presentable constructions (mostly landscapes) from edible things – cucumbers, sardines, cheese, bread, broccoli, cabbage, beans, mushrooms . . . – then photographs and prints them. Edible ‚paintings‘: what a feast.
