Alles, was Kunst ist – A painting a day keeps the doctor away
A few years ago I made a picture about sensuality while getting mature and older which I loved a lot . Nobody else really liked it, but today I sold it to a lady who took it, went out of the studio and shouted: „Look what I’ve got! I’ve got the most beautiful painting in the world! Isn’t it wonderful?“ And she walked home and showed it to everybody, and when she walked down the street, it looked as if she and the lady on the picture became twins. Kunst ist Kommunikation – und wenn die Botschaft eines Bildes beim Empfäner auf fruchtbaren Boden fällt ist es sehr gelungene Kommunikation – ganz ohne Worte, gefühltes Verständnis – das sind dann die schönsten Bilder. Das wundervolle ist, dass es viele schönste Bilder von Dir gibt.
Die Herbszeitlose fällt ein wenig aus dem Rahmen bzw. scheint ihn zu sprengen, Fülle (an Erfahrung?) sehe ich im Bild. Zeichen der Gebrechlichkeit (Stock) gehen mit erotischen Accessoires Hand in Hand.
