The terrible oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico gets worse everyday. I love the idea of collecting hairs from men and animals to stop the pollution. Today I had nothing to roll my macaronis and so I used the stick of a small brush. It worked, but after a while I had coloured pasta and all over my paintings were little crumbs of dough. Sometimes luck is a funny thing: Looking for spice jars I found a complete set of 10 antique Delft porcelains jars on a flea market for next to nothing. They look wonderful but now I’m much too afraid to use them. And where to put my spices?
