Art and beyond – A painting a day keeps the doctor away
Today was Summer party in a retirement home nearby. And I was asked to make portraits of the old. And as I drew their faces I fell in love with the wisdom and clarity I saw in there. When they fell asleep while sitting for me they had the beauty of a dying candle. Daily Painting about wisdom

Der (noch) unbeschwerte Tanz der Jugend und die einkehrende (scheinbare) Langsamkeit und Weisheit des Alters: Es ist nicht immer leicht einen gemeinsamen Rhythmus zu finden … und manchmal wird es sehr schwer die Weisheit zu sehen … das Bild berührt mich sehr.
